Incense
What are your incense cones made of?
Each cone is handcrafted with a blend of natural woods, herbs, spices, and essential or fragrance oils — shaped, dried, and finished by hand. We use only safe, burn-tested materials and avoid harsh additives.
All ingredients are listed in our Archive of Elements, which we update from time to time as new materials are introduced.
How do I use incense cones?
Place the cone on a heat-safe surface. Light the tip until it catches a flame and burns for about 15 seconds — until you see a steady amber glow. Gently blow out the flame and let the smoke rise. Use in a well-ventilated area and never leave burning incense unattended.
Why are some cones more expensive than others?
Our premium blends contain more raw botanicals — such as whole spices and resins — and rely less on essential oils. These ingredients take longer to prepare and offer a richer, more grounded burn.
Because of their composition, premium blends are shaped shorter and thicker. They may burn slightly faster, releasing a more intense scent and fuller smoke.

What materials do you use?
We work with natural stones, glass beads, stainless steel, wood, and more — each chosen for its form and intention. You can find a full list of the materials we use in the Ritual Archive.
Natural stones may have small variations in colour, texture, or markings — details that make each piece unique and one of a kind.
Do you offer gold-plated stainless steel?
All our jewelry uses 304 stainless steel — it’s hypoallergenic, long-lasting, and easy to care for. We choose not to offer gold-plated options by default, as pure stainless steel lasts longer and is easier to maintain over time.
If you prefer gold-plated stainless steel, feel free to reach out — we can make it happen upon request. Please note that if the gold plating wears off over time, we do not provide replacements or re-plating services.
Are your pieces waterproof?
Our jewelry uses stainless steel, which is water-resistant and tarnish-free. That said, many of our beads are made from natural stones or wood, which may be more delicate. If your piece comes into contact with water, do make sure to wipe it dry to help it last longer.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes — all of our pieces are made to order. If you have something in mind, we’re happy to chat. Whether it’s sizing, color, or a particular stone you love, feel free to share your preferences.

Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take?
All wearable pieces are made to order — we don’t keep ready stock. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. This production window ensures each item receives the time and attention it deserves.
Incense is prepared in advance and kept as ready stock, so orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. If demand exceeds our making schedule and a delay is expected, we’ll let you know right away.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We appreciate your patience while we prepare your items with care.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes — we offer a 3-month warranty for our wearable pieces. If your piece experiences issues like string breakage or significant discoloration from normal wear, we’ll repair or replace it.
This helps ensure your piece not only looks good but lasts through everyday use.
As a small, independent studio, we deeply appreciate your understanding and support.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Each piece is handcrafted in a small studio, with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — just reach out.
For jewelry, exchanges are welcome within 7 days of shipment, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Since every piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer full refunds, but we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

For incense, if the wrong scent was sent, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
